COVID-19 Flexibility Policy

Payment, Refunds and Cancellations:

Deposit Option

With this option, a US$350.00 per-person down payment is required upon acceptance by Work Wanderers for a participant to participate and secure their spot, with no refundability. Thereafter, full payment is due within 60 days prior to the starting date of the Retreat.  Payments must be made by direct payment online, through the website. 

Once full payment is made (60 days prior to retreat start), the following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Cancelled 60 days in advance of retreat: 100% refund (minus deposit)
  • Cancelled 45-59 days in advance of retreat: 30% refund (minus deposit)
  • Cancelled 0-44 days in advance of retreat. No refund and deposit forfeited

Deposits may be refunded within 24 hours of the payment being received.

Full payment option

In order to secure a spot on relevant retreat, the participant pays the full amount of retreat cost. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled 60 days in advance of retreat: 100% refund 
  • Cancelled 45-59 days weeks in advance of retreat: 30% refund
  • Cancelled 0-44 days in advance of retreat. No refund 

Other refund options

If the retreat is cancelled by Work Wanderers due to COVID-19, all participants will be full refunded or fully credited, including deposit. In the unlikely event this was to happen, participants will be notified 45 days prior to start date, unless unforeseen circumstances occur closer to start date, in which case, participants will be notified as well. 

 If participant would like to cancel their retreat within 45 days of start date due to COVID-19 related reasons, they may be able to transfer the credit of the retreat minus the deposit to another retreat within the same year, at the discretion of Work Wanderers.
